Dealcoholized wine, also known as non-alcoholic (N/A) wine, undergoes the same sourcing, fermentation, and barreling processes as traditional wine. However, instead of going straight to the bottle, dealcoholized wine goes through a process that extracts the ethanol created during fermentation while preserving the natural acidity, tannins, and oakiness of a traditional wine—all without the alcohol.

The short answer? Yes! Reds, Whites, Rosé and more!

Once For The Love Of Cab hits the market, we will begin creating the additional varietals to add to our collection.
